Montevetro Building Dublin Print
Montevetro is one of the tallest commercial properties in Dublin standing 67 metres high, with fifteen floors and covering an extensive 210,000 sq ft. GOOGLE acquired the building through NAMA for a staggering 99.9m Euro in cash.

Mastercraft were instructed, by Walls to Workstation, to carry out the installation of all Optima systems on the refurbishment and fit out of levels 8 and 9 of the building. The Main Contractor of this project was J Sisk & Sons. Mastercraft completed this project within allocated timescale and budget.

P J Walls have been appointed Main Contractor for the refurbishment of the remaining floors, due to commence in November 2011, and Mastercraft are currently undergoing negotiations to carry out the fit out of this sought after project.

The Montevetro building will be the jewel in Google’s crown of offices in the Dublin area.
